Juan Pablo Montoya had one of the best rookie seasons in recent NASCAR history in 2007, winning one race, running strong in several others and finishing 20th in the Cup standings, on his way to capturing the Raybestos Rookie of the Year award. With his success moving from open-wheel racing to stock car racing, other open-wheel drivers such as Dario Franchitti, Sam Hornish Jr. and Patrick Carpentier will join him Driving Dodge Chargers this year.

Before joining the Dodge Boys in 2007, Montoya experienced tremendous success on the international circuit winning the 2000 Indianapolis 500, the 1999 CART Series championship and has seven Formula One victories. When he moved to NASCAR’s top series last year and managed six Top Ten finishes.
